Alexandra Sexton

SENIOR CLASS COUNCIL PRESIDENT CANDIDATE

 Alexandra is a junior, double majoring in Risk Management Insurance and Sales from Ocala Florida. Alexandra’s involvements include: serving as Vice President of the Junior Class Council, Vice President of FSU Force, Chi Omega Relay For Life Delegate, and she is a Dance Marathon Morale Captain! Alexandra believes through the Amplify Movement there are wonderful people who are all working together to ensure that each and every student voice on campus is heard and amplified. Our student body is filled with so many amazing people who want to make a real difference in this world, and together we can make these dreams a reality.

 

Fun fact, Alexandra has her pilots license!

ALEXA KAUFMAN

SENIOR CLASS COUNCIL VICE PRESIDENT CANDIDATE

Alexa is a junior double majoring in Media Communications and Family and Child Sciences from Pembroke Pines. Alexa’s involvements include: Alpha Delta Pi, FSU Majorettes (Marching Chiefs), SGA Class Councils, FSU Campus Recreation, Garnet and Gold Key and Dance Marathon. Alexa believes making everyone around her feel empowered is crucial to being a student leader which is why she chose the amplify movement, because it does just that.

 

Fun fact, Alexa has her own mentoring program with her mentor called Amaze Me!

Bruna Conceição

SENIOR CLASS COUNCIL SECRETARY CANDIDATE

Bruna is a junior majoring in International Affairs from Orlando. Bruna’s involvements include Union Board, Student Alumni Association, and The Amplify Movement. Bruna believes that Amplify has helped her become the best version of herself, and she strives to advocate for every student on campus, because no matter how different we all are, we are all a part of the Florida State family.

 

Fun fact, Bruna moved to America when she was 12 years old from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil!

Samantha Jacobsen

SENIOR CLASS COUNCIL TREASURER CANDIDATE

Sam is a junior majoring in Political Science and International Affairs from Tampa, FL. Sam’s involvements include Student Senate, Director of Student Government Advocacy on the Office of Governmental Affairs board, Trustee on the Student Foundation board, Garnet and Gold Key Leadership Honorary, and Phi Mu Fraternity! Sam believes that everyone should feel heard within Student Government.

 

A fun fact about Sam is that she is named after her family’s farm in Norway!
